Victoria K McCue, CEO and Manager of Operations, has an exceptional record within the
construction industry starting in 1985. A vital asset to owners and varied assignments
including sports complexes, large corporate headquarters, complex heath care facilities,
and notable educational projects. Victoria is a highly disciplined, talented professional
whose strong operational, estimating, purchasing, and value engineering abilities are
enhanced by significant knowledge of the construction industry.
Lance A. McCue, Sr., President, began in the restoration field in 1986, working under some
of the most skilled tradesmen of our time. Having experienced all roles of the industry
from laborer to foreman, Lance has the skill, expertise and insight into many building's
problems and issues from simple cleaning to structural restoration.

preparation to owners, architects, engineers, construction managers and trade
